With Digital India campaign, Amway goes digital with multiple services

With Digital India campaign by the Indian Government, Amway has also gone digital with a promotional hashtag #AbRuknaNahinHai (Do not stop now). Amway has setup its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Nilakkottai, Tamil Nadu, India. Here the digitization made by Amway for its customers –

  • 50,00,000 NEFT transactions processed to Amway Direct Sellers in a year
  • ATM enabled purchases: Bank ATMs enrolled for Amway product pruchases
  • Partnership with ItzCash prepaid cards: Fordged a partnership with ITZ prepaid cards six years ago to digitise cash transactions
  • 95% collections went digital in November, including 3,00,000 active orders processed via debit, credit, ITZ pre-paid cards and Net Banking
  • NACH (National Payments Corporation of India) enabled product purchases in the North-East
  • Mandatory KYC Bank account and Aadhaar KYC made mandatory for appointment as an Amway Direct Seller
  • 100% digital payments: 100% of vendor and employee payments happen digitally
